Thanks, that's a good idea. I think you would definitely want an EGT guage if you start adding more boost. Not sure if there would be much to gain without adding fuel also? I think water/methanol injection would be a sweet setup. Lower EGT's, more power, better fuel economy. On cab models, you even already have the washer fluid tank!

Have you noticed any fuel economy/ performance difference since unhooking the pressure line to the EGR valve?

Can't say I have notice much economy difference although it sure is not worse. I have not run it long enough in one stretch to know for sure.
But for the sake of argument, it is better.:laughing::laughing:

If the stock wastegate opens at 8 psi then stock fueling probably won't support much over 10 psi. I'm wondering what the stock head gasket and head bolts will reliably support before the bolts stretch and the head gasket goes? When I finally get mine I think all I'm going to do is remove the egr and adjust the timing, although blocking the wastegate and cranking the fuel up would be fun.
