An almost completed sink cabinet. Just needs hinges and door pulls.

Made from chainsaw milled farm lumber. Oak raised face panells with pinned mortice and tenon joints. Bottom and back are removable.

That's a nice job. I wish the picture were a little clearer -- it would be nice to see more detail. If you have a larger one, would you mind e-mailing to me? Anyway, looks like a efficient and attractive design and implementation.

hair salons/barber shops?

With my shiny pate ??? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif What would I be doing in a barber shop let alone a hair salon.

And just for good measure remember those with shiny Pates have perfect Pates that do not need covering up!!

Egon, that's a nice job! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif You continue to amaze me with what you can do with a chainsaw.

Did I ever tell you about my neighbor I call "chainsaw Bob"? He used a chainsaw to cut the lumber to frame his house. Unfortunately, he was a better cutter than a framer, so his house has lots of "personality." In 5 years, he has never finished it. Hey, he's a framer.... /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif He doesn't know anything about finish work. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif Too bad he doesn't have your talent.

Thanks for the compliment Jinman but if only you would see me in action there might be other expressions expressed.

I have yet to fell a tree in the intended direction. The times I've pinched the bar are too numerous to mention.

The only saving grace is that I start with a big piece and am able to end up with a very little piece.

Hummmmm.... /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Jinman, sounds like your neightbor is on tract to me...:)

When we broke ground in 1980 I had a five-year-intention myself. Still not finished...doing sime things over and better the second time around...

College costs sucked us dry for six years...two girls two years apart....

At some point I realized it will never be done. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

It's all Kubota's fault, by the way. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Kubota and warm weather...who wants to work on the house when seat time is available??? /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Egon that is very pretty wood and great craftsmanship! Very nice!

Hard to believe you made those raised panels with a chainsaw! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Henro:

Raised panels are easy if you get the proper Moulding Chain loop.

Bill, I bet you didn't build your house with no well/plumbing, no sewer/septic, and no electricity. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif Ol' Chainsaw Bob also has two junk vehicles out in front of his house next to the county road. The county won't do anything about him because he hasn't applied for a septic permit. That's the only building permit you need here (Can you believe it?). He also lives by himself, so there are no children involved. My only solution would be to sue him under the deed restrictions. If I did that, I'd have to sue at least two other "colorful" owners and I'm seriously thinking of doing it. I'm also aware what a large "target" my house is when I'm not here. I really don't put anything past these guys.

Sorry, Egon. I didn't mean to make this a personal "rant" about some of my neighbors. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif ...so I'll stop. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Takes a whole pile more than that to even get my attention.

Egon, would that moulding chain be sold in the same store where I got my left handed pipe wrench? Also do you have the table accessory for your saw so it can double as a band saw? I am thinking about sending for some Canadian air, so I can exchange that cooler air for the hot air in my shop. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

No tractors were harmed in the making of this reply!!!!
