Dx45 with loader and mower

I have a 2008 case dx45 with a L350 loader, and 60" rear finish mower. The tractor only has 125hr on it. Looking to buy something smaller with an mmm. All the maintenance has been done and it runs perfect. I am located in suamico, WI just north of green bay. I am asking 23000 for the tractor.

The tiller shown on the tractor does not go with it
