DX24E steering

I recently bought a DX24E for my yard work and something the wife can use also. I installed a spinner on the steering wheel and noticed that it (the spinner) will not stay in the same spot. What I mean is the steering wheel won't come back to the same place twice after a tight turn. If you turn the wheel all the way one direction and keep applying pressure it will keep turning and the front tires will stay in the same position. Is this normal or do I have a problem with the spool valve?

It's normal, due to the hyd steering.
