Mowing Duro mower fits a Beaver

Does anyone know the blade tip speed on a 55 inch 3-point hitch Duro mower that would fit a S370D Satoh Beaver?

I posted a similar question on the Yahoo Homebuilt Equipment forum and recieved the answer that the max tip speed should not exceed 19,000 Feet Per Minute, recommended 18,000 fpm
This is only passed on information and I no way verify that is correct.
