Dumpster question

I have a 20yd dumpster that I have rented for the last 4 months. I have been calling the guy for over 3 weeks to come remove the dumpster but no reply.
Here's the question:
1. At what point can I start charging him rental space on my property.
2. Do I have the right to keep the container.
3. Should I just drag that thing to the side of the road in the middle of the night.

I have tried being civil for 3 weeks but getting tired of "I'll call you back in a few or I'll pick it up this week"

At my wits end... Need advise.

I'd give him 30 days to have it removed, if it was still there, I'd tell him it was sold. Drag it out back and bury it.

Doesn't look like I can keep the dumpster.

Going to wait 30 days and call the police. I guess if he doesn't reply to them I might be able to keep it.
