There is a website called TrashNothing.com that folks put stuff up for sale that they just don't want. You know the old saying, "One man's junk is another man's gold". Yes, a lot of it is one man's gold and to me another man's junk. BUT... often there is some REALLY GOOD STUFF. Just sayin'!
You can also go to freecycle.org people list things they are giving away, you can also post things you want. Not a real busy sight, a lot of junk, but I find an occasional hit!

Love your zuki. We bought one new in 1986 for $8500 if I recall. I call it the "gateway drug" the got me into jeeps.
I saw it sitting to the side of a repair shop each morning on the way to work 1997?

One day I stopped and the mechanic said bad transmission and the owner was on the fence about repair and he needed it gone.

I paid $1050 for it with rocks in the tranny but then remembered I needed money for parking and the mechanic gave me $5 back.

A $70 bearing kit plus replaced the clutch disc at the time.

It’s been a real work horse hauling the trailer for years and diesel hauler for the tractors…

Took it to the Pacific Ocean once… tire shop had two tires I needed for the Deere 110 so I drove the buggy as mom called it on its longest trip.

Mom said she had not seen the ocean in years so I said why not and headed home on Pacific Coast Highway 1.

I got a nice 3/0 door at the recycling center a while back. It is sitting in the garage now, waiting to be used in the new house. The jamb was a bit messed up, but the door is in new condition, and free!

Oops, I was wrong... I actually only paid $6800 new. Boy, gone are those days.

We had a pile of maybe 1-200 tires on our property when we bought it. One year the county came through to dredge the ditch and took all the tires with them. I did not complain!
I bought my second house in 1974 where a previous resident had owned a tire store and had left behind about 1500 old tires. I got an extremely good deal by agreeing that they could be left behind. Finding myself unemployed shortly after, I spent a considerable amount of time hauling them to the dump during free dumping week. About 1/3 of these tires were mounted on wheels. After free dumping week I hauled several loads of steel rims to the scrap dealer. Had I known that a pickup load of wheels was worth $75 to $80 I would have bought a tire machine.

I was thinking it sounded high because I went with a friend looking at new for the base I think it was around $6500

I would like a pristine one not that mine has damage but it really works hard... 110,000 miles.

Wife calls my treasured possessions junk
But if I throw something away I need it shortly thereafter.
No dumpsters but.
My cousin was cleaning out his garage and asked me to come up and see if there was anything I wanted.
Wife told me I couldn’t bring anything back with me.
So my cousin said he would bring it down for me.
Got a spare trans for my ranger.
Three point finish mower.
Dump hoist and pto pump to put on the F700
Canister style air cleaner to go on my zero turn Kawasaki motor Roll of dumspter.
Nice find! With a little cleanup, that paddle boat will be perfect for the pond. It’s amazing what you can rescue and reuse from a dumpster.

Today's findings, Milwaukee M12 Fuel impact, but no battery or charger. I actually did a search and counterfeit, or off name, comparable battery and charger, 2 each, 3.5ah, on Amazon is $43, and then an $8 discount. Don't have anything else Milw, but this M12 impact is dang compact, so, I might order the off brand battery and charger

Can you buy an adapter to run the Milwaukee with your present battery's. I bought a Milwaukee battery to De Walt tool adapter so that I wouldn't have to buy a separate charger and battery. It was around $22 CAD on Amazon.
