dump

looking for a small dump to move small amounts of fill around on my property, i looked at a yanmar carrier dump but my neighbor says thats a grey market machine and it would be next to impossible to find parts for it. any suggestions on what to get?

I bought a used 83 Ford F600 dump truck for $3,000. There's all sorts of different models and brands out there that will do the job. When your done, sell it for what you paid for it. Maybe a little less.

I saw all sorts of decent deals on Ebay and the truck trader in New Jersey for some reason. Not sure why, but that's just where there they were mostly at. Of course, now that I'm not looking and you might be, there will probably be all sorts of them in Texas now. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

thanks for your quick response but im looking for something on the mini side, i have lots of trees and ravines so i need something compact.

How about a DR Powerwagon? They make a small powered wheelbarrow. Like 20hp kawasaki, usually has a sulky to follow it. Good for hills or nurseries.

You should be able to find some sort of a small dumper here.

I believe that the Yanmars are for sale here and only some are Grey market.

Search <font color="brown">Google</font> for "mini dumpers" or "tracked carriers" and you'll see many machines out there.
Even <font color="magenta">Stanley</font> has some.
