dump trailer hoist questions

Fellas wondering what your take is on hoists on dumps. There shouldn't be any problems with the hoist post itself right? Some I see are scissor type underneith the box when down and others are up front and totally accesable . Just trying to make the right decision.

Both are fine. Scissor usually dumps higher but weighs more and is more complicated. Strait cylinders are fool proof.
