dual clutch

Does anyone know if the tu220f has a dual clutch.
when using my rotovator the pto seems to start at the same time as the tractor starts to move, and not before. if it has a dual stage clutch can i adjust it and how?
Also is there an oil level plug for the front axle, i have a slight oil leak and want to make sure i keep it topped up till its repaired.

It has a single clutch. It has fill and drain plugs on the hubs. You probably will have to pull a wheel on level ground to check it. I usually level it, raise the front and pull both wheels. Pull the two test plugs on the hubs. Fill it from the port on top. Let it set for a few hours and if none has ran out fill some more. It usually takes a while for the oil to run through the bearings at the end of the axles to get down to the hubs.

on my TL3200 there is a vent plug on top of axle housing. I filled it to the top of axle shaft. I found the vent plug was stopped up. this will cause oil leaks from pressure build up when the housing warms up. It also will suck in water when it cools down from rain or washing. I found this out the hard way on my 4x4 trucks. Larry
