Drive System Fluid Plus

I have looked through the old threads discussing this fluid and what some people have substituted it with. I have a 1998 cub cadet 2135 and i'm thinking about running the 15w40 motor oil in it. I know a few people on here have and other people have used other hydrolic fluid. So how are the people who have used different fluids transmissions holding up? any problems yet?
