Junk know how fast things can go from good to terrible using the FEL. Whenever there is a large load in the bucket I try not to lift it any further than it actually takes to clear the ground so that it can be moved and keep my hand on that joystick in case I need to hit float quickly.

It was only about 6" off the ground..... just like the rear wheel... /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
