Buying Advice Down Sizing my tractor.

I sold my XR4145 and all my equipment with my 50 acres and home. I'm moving into a hilly 5 acre place. I'll have an acre front lawn to mow. How is the cutting quality of the little combo sub-compact MT125 or MT225? My need are a Bucket/Grapple and not sure what I'll need for the back end yet.
