Much better - thank you! Now about that cottage trip...

OK, Dad, thanks for bringing me to the cottage. Now, can I go get that squirrel?

Dog snow pics

Below are two photos of the same gate this winter, then and now with the mutts. We had another great season here but the snow is 90% gone at this point. :dance1: More photos can de found on the dogs blog. The Trail Mutt Reports

So we have a new law in town that says your dog has to be tied if outside. Being the law abiding citizen, I complied with their wishes! I think he looks good! lolbrody man.jpg

You win the best pic of the week award. Hopefully he won't trip over the tie when he gets up.

My registered Chocolate Cocker Spaniel - Brownie. He is five months old this week. Finally got his last puppy shots - so yesterday he got his puppy haircut.

The before and after version. I think he knows he's a cool dude with the new haircut. NO rolling in the dirt piles or fresh cow poo - yet.

Arlyn - looks like the dogs are enjoying the lake. When we visited our friends in Ontonagon - he had a friend who took us up in a small airplane. I NEVER realized the Great Lakes were so VERY big. I then realized how even big ships could get in serious trouble.

We went up to around 9000 feet( about as high as you want to go without oxygen or a pressurized aircraft). We STILL could not see the far side at one point. Makes you feel pretty small.

The dogs really enjoy being with boys. A lot of pampering and tummy rubs.

Grnspot - what a beautiful pair of matched Dalmations. I see they have their favorite covered furniture also.

I saw this on my way home from work on 270 around Columbus Ohio. The pup had its own goggles on, it was hilarious.

I would NEVER consider taking my Cocker Spaniel on my motorcycle like that. A side car or three wheel - maybe. I think LEO would stop an arrangement like that and perhaps a citation would be issued.

I see ABSOLUTELY no humor, what-so-ever, in that picture. I feel no sorrow for the idiot driving the cycle. It's the poor dog - when everything goes south and it ends in a crash.

It is very obvious that many folks do not understand the differing stability issues between two wheels and three or four wheels.

Sorry...........

One reason why many people don't feel the need to wear a helmet when driving a motorcycle or ATV.

Ironcially enough, the man in the pic with the dog in the back pack was not wearing a helmet. That said, perhaps he's an expert and didn't need one?

PLEAE NOTE I completely understand the reasoning of why the government should not pass laws to protect one from oneself:D

Finger should always be off the trigger until you're ready to destroy your intended target, that doesn't stop people from shooting things by accident:laughing:
