Okay mr.unhapykioti I give up, how do you find the Wix hst filter?

On the side of the HST filter it says WAKO 18 that is the number you need to use, it will cross to a Wix 51664 which equates to 1664 for NAPA Gold.

Wasn't very happy with my new tractor when i first got it had no power and would barely pull my finish mower up a hill. Turned out my hydro was bad and had to get a new one at about thirty hours. Wasn't the same same tractor when I got it back, has been great ever since until now I have leak in the steering pivot I'm told there are a couple of O rings in there sounds like an easy fix dealer says maybe 2 hours not a big deal just need to get it fixed because it leaks constantly since the O rings are lower than the fluid level.

Unhapykioti Guy, I am not a 100% oem guy, just during warranty period, as I would hate to have to pay for a tranny out of my own pocket, does Kioti approve of use of non Kioti filters during warranty period, could they void warranty on a warranty claim, what to dealers have to say on use of 3rd party filters, even good quality brand names ones.

You know the drill, magnusson moss or whatever, a company can not require you to use their filters unless that company provides them. Just like with your car's air filter.

I started a tread earlier today about a replacement filter for the expensive Kubota part number TA204-59900 & the new # HHTA0-59900. What I found was a Baldwin part number BT9358 as the cross over number. I ordered 2 from my local parts house, price $47.13 each. Still a bit expensive but about half of factory model.......:thumbsup:
