Does this look like a good deal for a used 2815 HST?

This tractor is for sale near me and I was wondering if anyone new anything about this tractor. It is a 2006 Mahindra 2815 HST (I think, hard to tell in picture and the ad doesn't say). They are asking $12,500 for everything. I thought this was too small of tractor for what I need but looking at the specs it looks like this thing has some muscle.

I was looking at the picture again and now I'm thinking this is a 2015 instead of a 2815.

In the first pic it looks like a ML104 loader. That is used on a 2015 which is much smaller than a 2815. My 2615 has a 106 loader and I believe the 2815 does also.

How many hours? Has it had the proper service done? Check high range full throttle to see if it dies out after a second. If it is low hours and has proper service records and isn't in need of a service then it sounds fair. Could be a little better but hey, this time of year everybody gets a premium price for good tractors. The auger is worth 3-400$ and the mower is worth a grand or a little more and the tiller is definitely worth a grand. All in all, nice setup and ready to do work!
