Does the 7500DT (Gear) have a 2 stage clutch?

Dealer told me "yep" but when I drove it i could not find that 1/2 way point to keep the pto engaged while shifting.

Please advise.

I bet if you phrased it: "This tractor doesn't have a two-stage clutch, does it?" and toned it like you didn't want one, he would have said no.

It's revolting.

HST it's the way to go in many situations. No shifting and the PTO keeps a spinning until you push in the clutch. My dealer uses it a selling point, and a darn good one too. You can mow faster on a HST than a standard (no shifting)...Then again I'm not sure of what you'll be doing with a B7500.
