Buying Advice Does price sound reasonable?

I found a 1985 Bolens (Iseki) G152 sub-compact utility tractor for sale. Has just over 800 hours, 3 cylinder diesel, 15hp, mowing deck, front end loader, snowblower, backhoe. In decent shape. Needs brakes. Asking price is $3000. Sound fair? I want to buy a new piece of equipment but need to save about $25,000 more!! Thanks for any advice or input.

I'd snap that tractor up in a minute. I've got an Iseki TL1900 with a front end loader and that is it. I paid $4000 for it about 4-5 years ago. I think I paid more than I had to, but the tractor is a stout little tractor and well made. You should do well.
