Does Kioti send out and "Welcome" or other correspondence?

Hello, I bought my RX-6010 new a couple months ago, Does Kioti send out any warranty info or other correspondence about the tractor? I have got nothing and I am wondering if the dealer registered it yet or maybe that is the way Kioti is, Thanks.

I don't remember any correspondence from the company. I don't remember any from the two Kubota's I owned or the New Holland or Long either. I believe I got a thank you note from the dealer, and a hat. Later when they gave me the wrong air filter and I brought it in to get the correct one, they gave me an apology and 2 really nice Kioti hats.

Thanks for the info, My dealer seemed good, treated me fair I just thought is was unusual to not get bombarded with mail and "special offers" like on the other items I have bought, Maybe that is one of the reasons the Kioti's are a good value, no money wasted on frivolous marketing

I got a Kioti hat, but it came through my dealer. No correspondence from Kioti.

I got a recall notice on my CK25 in '06 - '07 for the fel cracks repair. Just came in the mail. Told me to contact my dealer for repair instructions. Called the dealer and repair was like 1 hour.

Not to black cat you blokes (OK, yeah, I'm black-catting) but I got a spiffy ball-cap AND a bomber-jacket from my local JD dealership. I call it my $42,000 jacket... the 4105 was a 'throw in'. :laughing:

Everything's done via the dealership, but I did receive proof of purchase (with serial numbers) for my 4105, CX300 FEL and for the D110.

I later did an online survey for JD. My 'appreciation gift' was a dealership eyeglass wiping cloth. Woo Hoo!!
