Have just came across this tractor on a local website at a very attractive price but have never heard of it before. Maybe someone can shed some light?

Hmm.....never saw one of them before. From the picture, it appears that at least three of them have been made....I guess you could consider them as being mass produced?

Apparently its from China, Made by Wieto/Indo Trak. Looks like a ChangFa type engine in there.
