Has anybody seen an commercially available PTO to a (flat) belt drive converter (3 point hitch attachment) ? I'm envisioning a flat belt drive pulley on perhaps a frame that mounts to the 3 point hitch and with a shaft that connects flat belt pulley to the PTO. (Dang, I need to learn to weld!)

What I have is an old cement mixer that has a wide (flat belt) "pulley" drive wheel. Previously I've "rigged" an electric motor with a v-pulley to delicately hang with a belt aligned. After 50 tries and a 1/2 hour you can get things aligned and it works, as long as nothing gets bumped. If I welded, perhaps I'd fab something better for an electric motor, but then would have to disconnect motor and store that inside. My rigged system has worked for the 2 times in 20 years I've used the mixer.

...but I was wondering why can't I just back the tractor up to the mixer, adjust the 3 pth to tighten the belt and go. Slicker yet would be if I could attach the mixer itself to the 3 pth and move it around. But like I said, I only use it one every 10 years and want to do it easy and cheap ('Good 'nough! that'll work!)

Mixer is something like this, but on frame without wheels and with a ~10" wide flat belt pulley wheel instead of a v-belt:

It would be beyond my skill set, but it seems to me that one of the belt pulley adapters used on old Ford tractors could be modified to suit your needs.

Hmm, maybe. I was envisioning the belt pulley turned 90 degrees from the above picture, it's axle (axis?) a straight shot to the PTO shaft. But your picture makes me wonder if a bearing housing holding the pulley could be easily mounted to a cross-drawbar? Would just need to find a bearing housing-shaft-flat belt pulley? (Plus a very short PTO shaft)

Where can I find a good ( not even sure what to call it) bearing and "shafts" that I could mount on a 3 pth cross drawbar that I could attach one side to the tractors PTO and attach a belt pulley on the other side?

I think the term you're looking for is a pillow block or pillow bearing block.

I think TSC, AgriSupply, and even the surplus place that advertises on TBN.has them.

As for the shaft, IDK where you can find those xc maybe TSC, where I know they at least have the typical six-spline adapters for welding onto regular V-belt pulleys, because I needed one for my old Farm-All Cub's mower that ran off the PTO.
