I don't know about groundhogs but I shoot most of my gophers with a Glock 9mm model 19.
I also have a cat who uses his paws and is more successful...

Hey guys,
just a reminder that the term "weapon" alludes to hardware
for terminating people. The politically correct term for other
usage is "firearms"....I suppose one could be used for the
other...Plenty of coydogs and pissy bear up my way and they are not all like Lassie and Bruno. I feel safer carrying iron in the woods. 30 caliber, single shot usually does the trick.
