Do pilot and or thrust bearings get lubricated at all when installing?

Hey all doing my first clutch and wondering if these bearings ( mine is a 1995 Ford NH 1715 compact) get any kind of lubrication before installing. Thanks!

I don't know if it is needed or even practical, but I think i would give it a shot of dry lube just because.
