Do I have to remove the injectors?

I'm putting a new head gasket on my 2210. I plan on taking the head in to a machine shop to have it magna fluxed just to be sure it is Ok. Do I have to remove the injectors before I take the head off? Can they be left in the head while it is getting magna fluxed? I'm starting to tear everything down and I don't want to take anything off if I don't have to.
