DLT 2000 - Blowing fuses

This tractor ran great yesterday untill I was putting it up, then it quit. It was the 25amp fuse. I changed it today and went through a box of fuses. Sometimes it would let me go a couple of times around the yard, others it would blow when I started to go forward. It is a 20 hp Kholer and hydrostat. Any ideas on what the problem may be? I know it is something electrical, but what or where to start?

Start tracing the wires, pay close attention where the wires go through metal, push the wires to one side or the other and look for bare spots cracks etc.
