I recently tried to hook up my bucket grapple to the rear hydraulic quick disconnects of my brand new DK55. When I did they leaked. Not a drop or two, but a steady drool.
I attempted to remove them and replace them with aftermarket ones of the same type (Pioneer). I could not remove them because they were too tight and the wrenches I had were too thick so I couldn't get the required two wrenches on the fittings. After examining the after market QDs I noticed the O rings were installed differently on the Kioti. The O ring was behind the nylon ring on the Kioti but was opposite in both makes of aftermarket QDs. I removed the rubber rings from the Kioti and put them on the other side of the nylon one and the leaking was stopped. I repaired all four of the QDs on the kioti and the problems were fixed.
This is the only issue I have had with the tractor so far. I am pleased with it.
