DK5310 lower lift arms

Got the kit to add the extendable lift arms. Looked simple enough, pull 2 pins, remove a keeper bolt and pin. Wrong, the loader frame has a cutout for removing the lower link pin, but the keeper bolt is one or 2 threads too long

Buy a longer bolt. East peasy.

Looks like it's just 3 bolts that hold the loader frame to the axle housing. Pull those out and pull the frame out. It should flex just enough to pull the keeper bolt out.

I am trying to remember how I dealt with this same situation. I think I loosened the bolt as much as I could. Then cut it flush to the bracket. Removed the bolt and bracket. Needle nose pliers visegrip to remove the remaining bolt end. The original bolt was long enough to cleanup and reuse.
The toughest part was using the pneumatic hacksaw to cut the bolt.
But it seamed easier than the alternative route. Kinda a awkward space to get into.
Definitely should be a bolt 1/8" shorter from the factory!

Yep, it did flex a little Used a ratchet strap to pull it back together. The 10 minute job took 40 but its off the list.

BTW, the extendable links come in Cat 1 (dka145) and 2 (dka146).
