DK5010 Keep Breaking Lights on the ROPS--Any Ideas?

Move them to the inside of the ROPS. Have done this on 3 tractors and haven't broken any mounted on the inside.

You might be able to find a light guard that will fit.

There were some Kioti light guards on Ebay that looked like a 4 inch section of pipe that covered the light and bolted to the ROPS.

First off, do you even need them? Do you ever go on public roads?

If you do, consider some kind of LED marker light with a narrow profile and flat back that can be mounted TO the roll bar instead of to the side of it. Strong adhesive means no screw holes. Just wire them to the brake or signal circuits as necessary.

Light guards are easy to make if you're handy and have access to a welder. I don't have any on my cab tractor, but I made two for my JD2305 because I kept having the same issue as you. Of course, I cut all the limbs AFTER I busted up my lights from getting hit.

A few pieces of steel bar stock bent or cut/welded should work.
