2005 Kioti DK45, Rhino FEL
Any opinions? Capacity is rated higher on 1590. Rhino seems well accepted?

I would probably go with the higher capacity 1590. Gerard

Check the psi each loader is rated.
The Woods loader are rated less in their literature but that is at a lower psi.
In the end they are equal at the same psi but sometimes have better performance such as roll back.

Check the rollback on each loader before you buy. I think you'll go for the Rhino. Just in case you're not sure what I'm talking about, it's when you get a full load and fring the bucket position back toward the tractor. I believe the 1590's angle does not allow it to come far enough back to maintain a good bucket load, something that has been complained about for some time. John

The self-leveling loaders do not roll back as far, but I have yet to have a problem of not being able to fill the bucket. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

I'll never own another loader without the self-leveling feature!!

I'm a novice FEL operator, but I don't have any problems getting a full bucket with my 1590. Rhino list a max rollback of 17 degrees from the 2409. Is that a typeo?

The 1590 was 31 degrees of rollback. Both Rino in Kioti used 2400 PSI for the ratings so the lifting capacities are apples to apples comparisons. I think the 1590 is substantially more powerful than the 2409, but is the extra capacity worth the price difference to you?

I believe the KL1595 loader on the DK55 has been the one that has been complained about.

Jon, I believe you're right, it's the 1590. Thanks for the correction. John

I have a DK55 with the self leveling KL1595 loader. I can say that I hate the lack of roll back on this loader. It seems strong enough for lifting, but the strength of the roll back and the fact that it doesn't roll back far enough make me hate it.

I've yet to find any solution for this. I would be willing to make modifications to my loader if anyone could point me in the right direction.....

Anyone want to buy a slightly used KL1595??? /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

If anyone has suggestions on ways to improve the roll back strength and angle, I would love to hear them.

iv'e got a 1590 on my 45c and i'm not happy with how far it rolls back.

imho: you need to do away with the self leveling arms to give it more roll back. if i get the time i might make up some brackets so i can remove the self leveling arms, but have the ability to reinstall them if wanted.
