dk45, anything to look out for?

I'm going to look at a dk45 tomorrow.. it has 500 hours, a soft cab, loader and the price is 12,500.its a 2004, with 4wd and a shuttle shift. he says its a kioti loader, which would it be?? front tires are brand new and rears are at 75%..

That is roughly the same vintage as my DK45 and I really can't tell you too much stuff to specifically look out for - beyond what you would look for in any normal used tractor.

The only problem that I have had that the dealer told me recurred on that model is involving the shuttle shift. A few years ago, I was tooling around then suddenly I could not shift from forward-neutral-reverse, or vice versa, etc. It seems as though a small "key" where the shift linkage enter the transmission would sometimes wear out and then fall out of place. I ended up having to have the tractor hauled to the dealership for repair (involves splitting the tractor to install the $10 key - you know how that goes).
So the only thing that I can think of is to make sure that the Forward-neutral-reverse shuttle shifting doesn't hang up or bind or anything.

My tractor has a Rhino loader, so I'm not sure which Kioti loader it would have on it.

I own a dk40 HST which from what I understand is bassicly the same tractor look at any thing that attaches to the fenders if the machine is driven and the ROPS is banged into something the fenders can bend they are on rubber mounts at the axle and fixed mounts at the fendrs. It is very hard to detect this leads to difficulty with the levers for the 3 pt hitch and the auxiliary hydraulic outlets over time.
