Dk40se no cab storage options

After ten hours on the seat I've soon found there is not much storage. I'm interested in what ppl have created for storage. I've been thinking about welding something on top of my bb for chains pulleys etc...and bolting a tool box to replace the plastic stock tub. Im still left wondering where to put my lunch pail. Open to ideas so let's hear em!!

I have a chainsaw scabbard on the right mounted to the foot protector that has plexi in it. On the left foot protector I mounted a aluminium cooking pot that my very large Bubba Keg fits nicely in.....gotta have cold water. Another cooking pot would be perfect for holding a 20' chain.

My Dk40 came with a metal tool box, but really it should be called a "Pin box" 'cause that's about all it holds. I have kicked around adding a second box for tools, but haven't found what I am looking for yet.

That's sounds great. Do you have pics of the chainsaw mount. I've never thought of doing that

My buddy has a Henry. I couldn't belive how smooth the action is on them out of the box.

I mounted an ammo box to the right side loader arm, and can store a whopping amount of stuff in it. One bolt and a piece of solid plastic pipe underneath it for support and done.
