Dk40se hst relief valves?

Can anyone tell me where the hst forward and reverse relief valves are located on my dk40se hst and how to access them?

The tractor feels like the relief valves are opening to early and I'd like to test the pressure. In medium range the tractor bogs down easily and will not spin the tires. Also forward is alot less responsive than reverse and doesn't feel like it has as much power. I feel the relief valves are under spec.
