Did you service anything other than the hyd system?
Possibly the wrong filter?
How about the air filter?
As a diesel, a restriction of intake air equates to a loss in power.
I've had friends put a rag in the intake when the filter was removed only to forget it was there when the new filter was installed. They then had power loss issues.
