Ballast both. That tractor is a serious beast and the power and ability can cause dangerous situations without plenty of ballast to balance out loads. Use ballast and rear implements (if you have you have room to maneuver) when lifting loads close to the loaders max.

Valid point.....hard to find out the brakes are only on the rear axle with a heavy FEL load on a down hill!!!
