DK series HST?

Anyone in the know have any idea of when this might happen. When I was shopping for and purchased my CK30HST, I spoke to an engineer at Kioti and he said they would have them for 2006. I don't know if he meant 2006 models or in 2006 for 2007 models. Can anyone enlighten me on this and update the situation?

A little bird told me they should be coming sometime soon /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif..... not sure on an exact date, but hopefully by year end...... it is something they are working on though....

Good, now I can start dreaming, of course the CEO probably wont let me trade up but at least now I have some time to come up with some excuse of why it is needed. Any ideas on pricing, are we talking similar to current DK pricing and adding about $1000 for the HST, similar to the CK series?

Not sure on pricing just yet. Im sure they will be more, and probably have alot of new features as well. Prices are always on the rise with everything it seems like.... We are hoping that Kioti does not take a price increase this year, but if anyone is thinking about buying now is the time.

I don't mind a small increase in prices f I am getting new features, and definaely another $1,000 or so for HST but I would still like them to be really competitive. At least at my dealer, the were well u=nder the copetition at almost every level of tractor one wished to purchase. If theat stays th same, I might have to bite if I don't lose too much on my less than 1 year old CK30 with under 100 hours. If I take too much of a hit, it might not happen no matter how good the pricing is. Thanks for all the updates and info.

I would agree with that. But, they could raise their prices a decent amount around me and still beat the other brands quite easily. I just can't believe how unwilling to deal the New Holland and Deere dealers by me are. We also have a large Kubota/Deere combo dealership. Many sales guys who don't understand or know the products well, at least that was my impression. Its a big shop, but they don't seem to want to deal either. I almost fell to the floor when I was doing price comparisons. TC28 would have been almost $5000 more than my ck30. I mean the quotes these people were giving, I felt like I must have been walking into the stores with money hanging out of clothes, while pulling up in my Rolls Royce.

The problem is prices nationwide. Maybe in your area a price increase could be tolerated. In my area.....might as well close the doors.
