Has anyone replaced the quick connect caps/plugs for the FEL connections (Tractor side) the color coded ones? All 4 of mine have come off and are gone, I don't like working with the caps off ( I usually take the FEL off when I am doing a big bush hogging job or working in a tight spot with the tiller) plus the color code is certainly helpful for reconnecting the lines. I've tried "universal" plugs from Tractor Supply and even from our local hydraulic supply/repair company and none of those stay plugged in. 20190427_155107.jpg

Here is a link to a thread a couple of years old that talks about the caps and where to get them.

Try colored zip ties for the color and wrap foil to keep the dirt out. works for the rear outlets also too keep the up/down correct when hooking rear implements with hyd cylinders.

Color zip ties are the way to go. In a pinch, use different numbers of zip ties (e.g. one, two, or three ties) on the corresponding hoses. My factory hoses had colored paper bands that are mostly gone so I use zip ties.
I added a front and an additional rear remote a few years ago using kits from Brian. As a bonus, he sent me two of the metal o-ring style caps for the female connector; I thin they are great and I'm still using them. I don't know where he gets them but I see he is now recommending rubber ones from Trausch.
One advantage of the metal plugs is they fit inside the end of the female connector so they work even if the connectors are very close together. I don't worry as much about the male connectors because they seem easy to clean and they are less exposed to dirt from running the tractor with the loader off.

Thanks Guys I appreciate the replies I will look into ordering a set of plugs, but in the meantime I will certainly go with the zip tie method for color coding.
