Here are some recent pics of various things I've done to my DK-40se/HST to make it work for me.:thumbsup:

I'll explain further down after you get the eye candy fix over with:licking:



First pic is of a doe who wandered into my woodland, cool as a cucumber. Couldn't believe how close it would let me get without flinching. Took a bunch of shots and moved on back to work. The remaining are of my Kolpin brand chainsaw holder, which is attached by U-brackets to the back of my ROPS bracket ~ various angles.
Then a couple of my diverter valve, attached through the factory bolt hole on the left hand fender support, with me having to drill the second lower bolt hole to fix the valve securely. The hydraulic lines run under the rear diff and up under the seat over to the other side multi-port valve body at the loader control block under the right side floorpan.
And a couple of pics of my joystick (electrically actuated) trigger switch for my diverter valve, to control my grapple, or my snow-plow.
At the attached pics section at the bottom of the pic array, is one pic of the chainsaw holder, and another of the area I'm clearing for my horses.

Bar oil goes in an old McCulluck (sp?) small container, about the size of a 1/2 gal of milk and sits behind the seat, in a plastic bag with shop towels for clean-up. Mix fuel, (Ethanol free) gets bungied to my winch backside in a small NON-vented container, which, BTW, is what is recommended for any fuel, E10 or not, to keep it good for as long as possible.
I do NOT store fuel in my saws, and at theoretical end of season I run all dry with stabilized, NON-Ethanol fuel and store than in my unheated shop bay.

Murph and schweizer, you're welcome. Hope the pics help. The chainsaw mount works great and isn't in the way and is protected from harm - It works great! Did I mention that?!

Wait 'till you see what I had made to allow for my backhoe bucket to have a flat edge for smoothing, cleaning ditches, etc.! Stay tuned- there's more great stuff coming to a thread near your Kioti tractors. YEAH!:cool2:
