Here is a DIY Starlink Temporary non-penetrating roof option mount that is cheap (almost free) and easy to move around.
While trying to find a mounting spot on my roof that give me the best signal, this is what i came up with.

Do you need to use a Radial or will Bias Ply work also?

Good idea. If you really wanted to go all out, a rear R1 tractor tire would work as well. Problem would be getting it up there, they are super heavy.

Gonna copy it but with a used R1 instead.

I kinda like that idea. I may do that, even if i put it on the ground, either one or two tires. I'll just have to make sure i cut holes to let the rain water out so's not to have a nice breeding area for mosquitoes.

Do you need to use a Radial or will Bias Ply work also?

I guess it would depend on the surface of your roof

Just remember, radials, when they start to slip, it's sudden, the bias ply give you some clues before they let go.
