So I’ll try to keep this short, we bought our tractor probably about 6 months ago now, and for the second time the diverter valve has begun leaking. The first time warranty covered the repair, but we were without our tractor for well over a month waiting on repairs at the local RK dealer. We cannot be down that long without the tractor. So, my question, do any of you know where I can source a replacement for the diverter valve that is mounted under the right side foot board? Preferably one that won’t start leaking after just a few hours of use.

Have you identified where exactly it leaks? On the fittings or on the valve itself? Can you maybe add some pictures?

Usually, you can fix leaks on those fairly easily, since it's mostly o-rings or sealing washers.

There are diverter valves all over ebay and the internet. Just need to figure out which one works best for you.
I assume it is for the front end loader? (since it is under the floorboard) instead of on the rear where a diverter is used to "add remotes", which is what I am looking at them for.

Is this a diverter valve or the front loader control valve?

I have not identified yet, the last time it had this exact same symptom they found it needed replacement so that’s what I was running off of. As soon as I have a chance I’ll clean it up and do some more investigating to see if I can find the exact source incase the cause has changed.

You need to get a parts list for your unit so you
can find parts at least you will have part numbers
and see how and the parts go together

Here are three I found in less than thirty seconds. They aren't hard to find, although I would suggest you stay away from those in $60 - $70 range. Could be that's what you have now.

I bought a manual diverted valve from princess auto in Winnipeg that worked very well and no leaks for many years until selling the tractor

I’ve narrowed it down to this connector, replaced the o-ring which was hard as a rock. It leaks from the bottom of what I can only describe as the pump discharge line. When I put it under load it gets worse.. a lot worse. I checked the body of the valve and didn’t see any cracks. And the angle connector looks just fine as well when I wipe it down on bench.

That's an adjustable elbow. Essentially, you screw them down almost all the way, point them to the correct direction and tighten the jam nut.
There are usually some washers that keep the o-ring in place. I'm not seeing those there.

Also, that 45 degree fitting that comes out of the elbow, seems to have teflon tape on it. That's a big no as none of those fittings visible in the photo use teflon tape and that fitting in particular has a 60 degree taper that does all the sealing.
