Disconnect UFO, convert to lever

I am not using the Yanmar tiller. Is it possible to disconnect all the electrical connections from the UFO and use the lever?

If so what connections would be necessary?

Yes it is possible. But don't you want to keep things intact and use the hydraulic side link? You can just tie all the wires up under the fender and still use your hydraulic side link.

We have a simple little schematic that shows how to eliminate all of the electronic components inside of the UFO box. You can then use just the joystick to operate it. I'm not sure if that is what you are looking for but email me if you would like it.
