I'm with you, GlueGuy. About all we watch is news, and even that upsets me. How can a fellow of marginal intellect like Dan Rather (we only get one station) who only reads the news, he doesn't invent it, be so self-important? There's just not enough out there worth paying for.

The only way to justify it is as "entertainment", which (I guess) is where the networks put that sort of thing. Same as others in the entertainment industry commanding incredible salaries (Sly Stalone, A-Rod, Barry Bonds, Barbara Walters, and so on, and so on). Possible exceptions: Michael Jordon & Tiger Woods. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

GUESSS, i don't have so bad. pay 39.00 p/mo. fo cable(no movie channels) and 13.95 p/mo for dial up. and the dial up is fine, would love to have faster but can not justify the cost. as i don't use it for business, i do spend a lot of time online, so if it takes alittle longer to download i guess i will have to deal with it./w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif
