dingo grapple rake to full size skid steer mount

A buddy came across a dingo grapple rake. My NH TC-40 has a skid steer mounting plate. Anyone have any experience with welding up a full size plate to a dingo plate?

I've always wanted a grapple, and this is the closest I'm likely to get to having one, can't justify a couple grand on what would be a luxury for me

Just order one and weld it on. Swapped all our tractors and front attachments to skid steer type years ago. We are all one now, at least around here we are.
