I think you've got it, Frank!

Don't see how a picture could get any better than that.

Nice shot. Hey, if you've got the space, you might as well fill it up with tractor pictures, right?

At least in the Mac world, Adobe now has skinned-down version of Photoshop called Photo Elements, I think. You can get it bundle with some printers. Anyone have any experience with it or what it is and isnt?

I hadn't heard about that one, Glenn. Shows you how out of touch I've become.

Printers and scanners used to come with Photoshop LE (limited edition), which was a fairly full-bodied version of the product. And then there's the Adobe PhotoDeluxe, which is/was a common bundled item that provided some basic editing ability.

Anybody who really wants to edit photos probably doesn't have to look too far or spend very much to get started.

I use a free package called "The Gimp" - GNU Image Manipulation Program. It is a very capable package. http://www.gimp.org It is designed for X11 systems (UNIX), but there are ports for Windows and OS/2.

The version of Photshop they used to call "LE", was updated to this for both the Mac and Windows. I read a review of it that was very complimentary. I've used the business edition that came bundled with something else, but I never liked it as well as good ol' Paint Shop Pro.

You could also fill up your hard drive with pictures of pets. Here's one of my cat. He can put his paws on the dining room table; its 31 inches high.
