Hey SoundGuy, about that spill chicker... "firction is a dit hight"???

I have talked to folks who have done up to about a quarter mile at a time and based on their methods and success, I'm not toooooooo worried about my firction being a dit hight.

Thanks for the "plug" idea, that sounds real good. I thought of a variation on that theme. I have some of those rubber thingies that have garden hose thread on one end and an orifice at the other that are used to clear blockage in plumbing. I could put a hose clamp and a piece of material on the outlet end to stop up the orifice and put it on the end of a length of 1/2 inch water pipe with a hose thread adaptor. Shove it into the pipe to be cut, turn on the water and it will blow up like a baloon, sealing off the pipe. Then use torch to cut the pipe, being careful to not cut the 1/2 inch pipe. Should stick the ruber thingie a ways farther than where the cut is to be made so the rubber isn't heated.

Thanks for the seed of this idea, I am confident it will work fine. I take back one of the terrible things I said about you!!!

Patrick
