Difficulty shifting into reverse

I recently got a new 4310 with a SyncShift transmission and sometimes when I try to shift into reverse the transmission is still in a forward gear. When this happens I have to shift the lever out of and back into reverse one or two times before the transmission actually goes into reverse. This is annoying as best and I’m just wondering if anyone else out there has this problem or if you happen to know what might be causing it.
