Kioti CK20S
The differential Lock lever on my Kioti CK20s has all but seized as if it needs grease. There is really no way to grease it unless the housing is took apart(i assume) Has anyone heard of this problem on the Kioti, or in general?

Welcome, A little searching…

I will, occasionally, use the diffy lock on my M6040. Step down on the lever. Some times it will not disengage until I stop the tractor. Then it will pop back up. Try backing up - with the tractor in 2WD.

Thank You All...

Internally, it's lubricated with transmission oil, externally, it's not so soak it down with PBlaster or a mix of acetone and red ATF and let it sit for a while and keep it lubed up. Easy fix. I bet the tractor is filthy too. All that filth under there promotes corrosion.

On my CK4010SE I've had the diff lock seize up completely. I could stand on it and it would not engage. The only thing I could see to lube was where the shaft goes into the transmission. I sprayed that down with WD40 or PB Blaster (whatever was around, I don't remember) and that was all it took. Went right back to working as it should. Hope that helps!
