Differences between 2007/2008 and 2010 Kioti CK?

Hi. First post on the site! Been lurking a while, but now have some specific questions as we get ready to pull the trigger on a 30ish HP CUT with FEL.
Our local Kioti dealer went bankrupt, and his inventory went to our "new" dealer. They have a ~2007/2008 CK 25 hydro and CK 30 hydro that they are selling at a $3k discount to current production prices. I have read on this and other sites that those earlier tractors had quality problems with welds and loader hydraulics, and some design issues that have been fixed. Are the issues I read about real, or were they from trolls? Is the risk worth $3k?

The only real changes that have been mad was the frame paint...The CK25 has been replace with the 27 due to emissions..
The only real issue with the " welds and loader hydraulics" was the loader torque tube was prone to cracking that has been resolved by a newer design loader with looking at the side arms of the loader you should see a 4" hole that goes from one side to the other.
There were some injector pump familiars also but they were more of a hit and mis type issue some failed some didn't
If these tractors are being sold as new than you will get the 4 year warranty.
other than those couple of things I mentioned these tractors are hard to beat they are becoming a very proven work horse.

I have a 2008,CK25,Gear,550 hours,and no issues whatsoever. It gets a good workout in our landscaping business.

Oh sorry I had one flat tire,ran over a board with a nail in it...
