Difference between the DX29 and NH TC29

What is the difference between the NH TC29 and Case DX 29? I have been told the color of the paint is basically it.

Should be very close. I bought the DX55 and compared it to the TC55. Due to the light style difference, The TC has an extra light function or two (high beams?), but it made no difference to me. Unless I have them side by side to test lighting I couldn't tell if one is better or not. It came down to comfort level between the dealers. Red won.
