At first with an unknown deadly virus no one knew what to do except wearing masks, closing businesses and people distancing...correct?
Now with most people vaccinated things are getting back to pre-pandemic. Now it should be up to the individual wearing masks, washing, etc., my thoughts.

We're getting a pretty good handle on it now. States with a high population of hippiedippie anti-vaxxers are still showing high death rates. Texas is popping off 10% of the US deaths all by themselves. Nationally, a combination of refusing to practice contagion control and refusing to get vaccinated will result in an ongoing 100,000 to 150,000 deaths a year among people who would rather believe clickbait propaganda than facts. I can't help thinking the country will be better off without them.

People I know have different reasons for not getting vaccinated (wife & I are vaccinated), it's for a variety of reasons, religious beliefs, conspiracy theories, complications they've heard of, etc. Not that I agree with them but they should have the right to choose.
We don't smoke or drink but I don't wish those who do should die...correct?

It is also not accurate. I compared it to the county site. It was off about 10%. And some counties were missing information where it is readily available.

That's because John Hopkins gets its numbers from Worldmeter.

If a person was taken out by covid, they weren't meant to stay here in the first place. For all that believe in god, You don't have much faith in god, or you would believe God would protect you instead of some conjured up drug, and the advice of a quack DR that has been given too much power

I suppose that's accurate. I grew up before all the New Agey "tolerance at any cost" BS. If someone is risking the health and lives of their fellow Americans by being ignorant and stupid, I have no qualms about shoving their face in it. If that's arrogant, pleased ta meet ya.
