Just wondering - did JD stop making the R version within the 5 series lineup? I have a 5100R and looking on the internet for fun...seems like there's only E & M now?

The R should still be made! A friend bought 1 not long ago. but you are correct. I couldn't find it on JD site ??

Yes, the R level model has been discontinued in the 5 family tractors. The "M" trim level has been expanded with greater offerings. Our dealership still has a few on order that should be here later this year. Inquiring with your local dealer may net you some results if they don't have the inbound units already sold. If not, just find the HP you want and go with a heavy spec'd M tractor.
